Bitumen Emulsion
A thixotropic bitumen emulsion designed for use as primer and sealer, WinGuard BE can be applied on a variety of surfaces. A dark brown coating dries to a black flexible protective film. The dried films are tough and form a barrier against water and vapor. WinGuard BE conforms to the requirement of ASTM D1227 – Type III, Class 1.
A cold applied bitumen emulsion for below ground concrete structures. WinGuard BE 35 can be used as the protective coating for built-up roofing systems and other exposed surfaces, as a damp proofing membrane or as vapor seal. WinGuard BE 35 is used as a primer coat. WinGuard BE 35 is a dark brown thixotropic liquid and conforms to the requirement of ASTM D1227 – Type III, Class 1.
